EXTERIOR DETAILING
Exterior detailing enhances the vehicle’s paintwork. By adding paint correction steps to this service, it will restore the paint by eliminating light scratches and swirl marks that have been inflicted over time.
At Al’s Automotive Excellence our client’s vehicles are thoroughly washed to remove as much dirt and as many contaminants as possible. Before washing the paintwork, wheels/wheel wells and arches are usually cleaned as these tend to be the dirtiest and most contaminated parts of a vehicle.
We use specialty brushes and professional grade products to remove grime and baked on brake dust from all areas including suspension components, brake calipers, around lug nuts and even from the wheel rears. After the wheels and arches have been thoroughly cleaned, the paintwork is washed using a plush wash mitt instead of sponges and grit guards, which all help to prevent any damage (in the form of light scratches and swirl marks) from being inflicted.
INTERIOR DETAILING
Interior detailing is the cleaning of the inner parts of a vehicle including leather, plastics, vinyl, carbon fiber plastics, and natural fibers. Professional detailing regularly protects the interior of the vehicle and keeps it looking newer for longer.
To really preserve the ‘”as new” appearance, interior detailing is imperative. Al’s Automotive Excellence we will have your vehicle’s interior looking as if it has arrived from the manufacturer. Plus, taking expert care of your vehicle’s inside will keep its resale or trade-in value high.
At Al’s Automotive Excellence we use different methods such as vacuuming, air purging every crack and crevice, steam-cleaning and extracting. No surface is left behind. All door jambs, every section of the center console, around the buttons and controls, windows, mirrors, shampooing the seats/carpets/mats/headliner, and cleaning/conditioning the leather. We take any professional means necessary to remove any stains or grime.

WINDOW TINTING
Window tinting refers to the process of applying a thin laminate film to a vehicle’s glass to darken it. At Al’s Automotive excellence we only use window tint of superior quality from a reputable manufacturer.
The reasoning for people choosing to have window tint include privacy or security; protection from UV rays including UVA, (which is the one responsible for causing skin cancer), cutting down on glare from the sun, preventative protection from glass shattering during an accident and to preserve the interior of your car, including the upholstery, carpeting, and dashboard, which can fade over time by exposure to sunlight.
Of course, there are purely aesthetic reasons as well for applying car window tint… It just looks GOOD!
